Colorado is quite a playground for me. Open a door and voila... timeless beauty. Nature and western themes have been favorite subjects of mine. I love painter, Charles M. Russell, for his ability to draw the viewer into the action taking place on his canvases. I strive to use that technique, also.

After graduating from the University of Nevada in Reno with a Bachelor in Art, I approached my art career with zest. I dirtied my hands with every kind of painting medium. I love doing murals and painting on large canvases. I have constructed with wood, film and even foam. (Los Angeles had a lot of fun jobs.) My learning curve has included creating graphics for 4c printing, silk screen and doing hand painted signs. I have painted on every surface, on movie props and even on the sides of buildings.  Overall, my Art is a work in progress, still under construction, if you will. The true challenge is to keep it fresh and imaginative.
